I know what it feels like to step into a gym or try to start fresh with fitness and feel completely overwhelmed. That’s why I built Stacie B.Fit—to take away the guesswork and give women the tools, guidance, and encouragement they really need.
I earned my certification through the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI)—a 500-hour program that blends classroom education with hands-on training. Unlike quick online courses, NPTI gave me in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, and program design, combined with real-world coaching practice.
With over a decade of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, I’ve worked with women at every stage of life—from first-time gym-goers to women navigating midlife changes. My goal is simple: create programs that are safe, effective, and sustainable so you can feel strong and confident in your body again.
And here’s the part my clients love most: I coach with best-friend-level encouragement. Think: the friend who cheers for you, reminds you of your wins when you forget, and keeps you accountable with love (and maybe a little tough love when you need it).
